Smart TV price in Bangladesh currently ranges from around ৳10,000 for a basic 24-inch model to over ৳899,000 for a flagship 85-inch or larger 4K screen. Where you land in that range depends mostly on three things: screen size, panel technology, and brand. A 32-inch Android TV for a bedroom and a 65-inch 4K set for a living room are priced in completely different worlds, even though both fall under the smart tv price in bangladesh umbrella. This guide breaks the market down by size, brand, and budget, so you can see exactly where your money goes before you visit a showroom or checkout page.

Screen size is the single biggest driver of price. A jump from 32 inches to 55 inches roughly triples the cost, and moving into 75 inches and above usually means stepping into 4K or QLED territory as well. Here's a general breakdown of what buyers in Bangladesh can expect to pay by size.
These ranges are approximate and move with ongoing offers, so treat them as a starting point rather than a fixed price list.
A 32-inch smart TV is the most common entry point into the market, typically priced between ৳12,900 and ৳20,000. This size suits bedrooms, hostels, small offices, or as a secondary screen in the house. Most models in this bracket run HD resolution with basic Android or Google TV features, giving you access to YouTube, Netflix, and local streaming apps like Toffee without needing a set-top box. If you mainly watch cable TV and only occasionally stream, this is usually the most sensible size to buy. Shoppers who specifically want app-driven streaming rather than a basic panel should look at the Android TV range, where the operating system and app support are the main selling point rather than screen size.
For living rooms and home theatre setups, 55-inch and 65-inch smart TVs are the sweet spot, generally priced from ৳68,000 up to around ৳250,000 depending on brand and panel technology. Most models at this size come with 4K resolution, HDR support, and a proper multi-speaker sound system, which matters more here than on a small bedroom TV. If picture detail is your priority at this size, it's worth comparing options in the 4K TV collection, since resolution has a bigger visible impact once you cross the 55-inch mark.
Brand is the second-biggest factor after size, and it's useful to think of the Bangladeshi market in three rough tiers rather than comparing every brand individually.
Samsung, Sony, and LG sit at the top of the market, generally starting around ৳22,000 for a small HD model and climbing past ৳1,000,000 for large QLED or OLED sets. You're paying for panel quality, processor performance, and software polish here. Samsung runs on Tizen OS with strong colour accuracy, Sony's Google TV models are known for sharp upscaling and motion handling, and LG's webOS combined with OLED panels delivers the deepest blacks and contrast available in the local market. These brands also tend to carry the strongest after-sales support network in Bangladesh.
Xiaomi, TCL, and Hisense offer a genuinely good middle ground, usually priced between ৳25,000 and ৳90,000 for comparable sizes to the premium tier. Xiaomi's Android TVs run its own PatchWall interface layered over Android TV and are popular for 4K models at prices well below Sony or Samsung equivalents. TCL and Hisense both offer QLED options in this range, which is worth noting if vivid colour matters more to you than the absolute best contrast.
Walton, Vision, and Singer are locally assembled and consistently the most budget-friendly, often ৳11,000 to ৳58,000 for equivalent sizes. Walton in particular has built a strong reputation in Bangladesh for LED and Android TVs at aggressive price points, and its after-sales network is extensive since it's a domestic manufacturer. Singer and Vision follow a similar pattern, with dependable basic and Android models aimed squarely at budget-conscious households. If getting the lowest possible price for a given screen size is your main goal, this tier is where to start looking.
Beyond size and brand, a handful of technical factors explain most of the price difference between two TVs of the same screen size.
Panel technology: LED is the baseline and most affordable option. QLED adds a quantum dot layer for richer colour and typically costs 20–40% more than an equivalent LED model. OLED, with self-lit pixels and true blacks, sits at the top of the price scale.
Resolution: HD and Full HD models are cheapest, 4K UHD sits in the middle to upper range, and 8K remains a premium, low-volume category in Bangladesh.
Smart OS and features: Android TV, Google TV, Tizen, and webOS all add cost over a basic smart interface, since they require more processing power and licensing.
Refresh rate and gaming features: 120Hz panels, HDMI 2.1, ALLM, and VRR support push prices up and are mainly relevant if you plan to connect a gaming console.
Warranty and import status: Locally assembled TVs are generally cheaper than fully imported models, which carry additional duties and shipping costs.
If you'd rather shop by budget than by spec sheet, here's roughly what each price band gets you.
At this level, expect a 32-inch to 43-inch HD or Full HD Android TV from Walton, Vision, Singer, or an entry Xiaomi model. Picture quality is solid for everyday viewing, streaming, and casual gaming, though you won't get 4K or advanced HDR at this price.
This band covers 43-inch to 55-inch 4K Android or Google TVs from Xiaomi, TCL, Hisense, and entry-level Sony or Samsung models. It's the most popular range for households upgrading their main living room TV, offering a genuine jump in picture detail over the budget tier.
Above ৳70,000, you're looking at larger 55-inch to 75-inch 4K sets, QLED panels, and the first OLED options from LG and Sony. This tier is aimed at buyers who want a serious home entertainment upgrade or a dedicated media room setup.
Price aside, a few practical checks will save you from buying the wrong TV for your space.
Match screen size to room size: as a rough guide, sit about 1.5 to 2.5 times the screen's diagonal size away from it for comfortable viewing.
Decide how much resolution you actually need: 4K matters more on screens 50 inches and above, while HD or Full HD is perfectly fine on a 32-inch bedroom TV.
Check app support before buying: confirm the TV runs the streaming and local apps you actually use, not just Netflix and YouTube.
Count your ports: make sure there are enough HDMI and USB inputs for a set-top box, soundbar, and gaming console if you use them.
Review the warranty terms: panel warranty length and the availability of local service centres matter more over the TV's life than the sticker price.
For a deeper look at streaming-focused models with Google Assistant and built-in casting, the Android TV range is worth browsing alongside the standard smart TV listings.
The Bangladeshi market has no shortage of grey-market and unofficial imports, and they're often priced just low enough to be tempting. The catch is usually the warranty: unofficial units frequently come with limited or no local service support, which matters a great deal on a product meant to last five to ten years. Buying through an authorized retailer means the manufacturer's warranty is honoured locally, spare parts are available, and you have clear recourse if something goes wrong. It's worth checking a retailer's warranty policy and return and refund policy before buying, especially for higher-priced 4K and QLED models where a repair or replacement is expensive out of pocket.
Smart TV prices in Bangladesh start from around ৳10,000 to ৳12,900 for a basic 24 to 32-inch model. Larger 4K UHD sets can range from ৳55,000 up to ৳899,000 or more, depending on size and brand.
In this range, you'll find solid 43-inch to 50-inch 4K options from brands like Xiaomi, TCL, and Hisense, along with Full HD models from Samsung and Sony. These offer a good balance of picture quality and smart features without moving into premium pricing.
For bedrooms or small rooms, 32 to 43 inches is usually comfortable. For living rooms or home theatre setups, 50 to 65 inches gives a more immersive experience, provided the room has enough viewing distance.
A smart TV connects to the internet and runs apps like YouTube and Netflix directly, while a normal TV only displays content from external sources such as a cable line or set-top box, with no built-in streaming capability.
Yes. A smart TV will still work without an internet connection for basic functions like HDMI and USB playback or cable viewing, but you'll lose access to streaming apps and online features.
It depends on the budget. Samsung, Sony, and LG lead on premium picture quality and software. Xiaomi, TCL, and Hisense offer strong mid-range value. Walton, Vision, and Singer are the most affordable, with the advantage of wide local service coverage.
