The DJI OM 5 Stable Gimbal supports smartphones up to 3.3 inches wide and features a magnetic smartphone mount with an intelligent sensor. This ultra-compact, foldable gimbal is designed with a redesigned comfort handgrip and a high-torque motor for enhanced stability. It offers easy balancing with a controllable range of -161.2° to 172.08° pan, -101.46° to 229.54° tilt, and -127.05° to 208.95° roll. Equipped with Bluetooth 5.0, it allows for seamless control, while the controllable speed reaches up to 120°/s. The built-in battery provides up to 6.5 hours of runtime with a 7.74Wh capacity (1000mAh), and it includes a USB Type-C power input for convenient charging. The gimbal also features a 1/4"-20 tripod mounting thread for additional versatility. With joystick controls on the handle, you can easily use hand gestures to control the gimbal for tracking movement, taking selfies, or starting/stopping the smartphone camera without touching any buttons. The OM 5 also supports Bluetooth 5 for synchronization with your phone, allowing you to set multiple shooting modes, including Sport, Portrait, Underslung, Landscape, Time-Lapse, DynamicZoom (Dolly Zoom), Hyperlapse, Panorama, CloneMe Panorama, Slow-Motion, Inception-style spin (SpinShot), and a fast-action Sport mode via the DJI Mimo app. The gimbal can automatically track human subjects using the latest ActiveTrack 4.0 technology, eliminating the need for manual selection. Additionally, the OM 5 offers pre-set templates for dynamic video creation, stitching clips together, and adding music to produce a polished, shareable result.
